In October 2025 Philip visited the headquarters of Red Bull Racing in Milton Keynes, the campus where the Formula 1 team designs, builds and runs its cars, together with a group of entrepreneurs from Switzerland and Italy.

What a Formula 1 team and a software house share

  • Short cycles. A car changes between one race and the next, every two weeks, on the basis of data from the last one. Our software changes every four weeks on the basis of what the client did with the previous version.
  • One accountable owner for every part. Nobody in that building says "that is someone else's vendor".
  • Measurement before opinion. Every decision goes back to a number from the track. Every decision we take on a client's site goes back to what brought an enquiry and what did not.

A few weeks later the same road led to Startup Nights in Winterthur. Growth, for a company of our size, is made of exactly this: staying consistent, curious and connected to a clear idea of what we are building.
