Devhook

Terms of use

The conditions under which this website is made available: who publishes it, what you may do with its content, what the mockups and the AI assistant are, and the limits of our responsibility.

1. Publisher

This website is published by DEVHOOK S.R.L., registered office Via Andrea Dell'Isola 12, 06083 Bastia Umbra (PG), Italy, tax code and VAT number 04018180549, share capital €10,000.00, certified email devhook@pec.it, SDI code M5UXCR1. Innovative startup registered in the special section of the Italian Companies Register pursuant to Article 25 of Decree-Law no. 179/2012, converted into Law no. 221/2012.

By browsing the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Nature of the content

The site presents what Devhook does and how it works. Its content is informational. Nothing on the site is an offer, a quotation or a promise of a result: services, timelines and prices are agreed only in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties. Descriptions of how we work, including any cycle, release or support arrangement, describe our usual practice and may be adapted to each engagement.

The mockups, screens, calendars and demos on the site are illustrations. Names, figures and data shown in them are fictional unless they belong to a published case study. The booking calendar is a demonstration until the live scheduling service is connected; a booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.

3. The AI assistant

The assistant answers automatically, using a language model. Its replies can be incomplete or wrong and do not bind Devhook. They are not technical, legal, financial or professional advice. Anything that matters, from scope to price to timing, is confirmed by a person, in writing. Do not enter confidential information or other people's personal data in the assistant; see the Privacy policy for how messages are processed.

4. Intellectual property

The text, design, code, films, illustrations and the Devhook and DevCore names and marks on this site belong to Devhook or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and print or save pages for your own information. Any other use, including reproduction, redistribution, scraping or use to train automated systems, requires our prior written permission.

Names, logos and screenshots of clients, partners, publications and the companies where members of our team worked before Devhook belong to their respective owners. They appear as factual references or with their owners' permission and imply no endorsement beyond what is stated. Product design work shown in the Work section is presented with its designer's permission and remains the property of its owners.

6. Availability and liability

We keep the site accurate and available as far as reasonably possible, but we give no warranty that it is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Devhook is not liable for damage arising from the use of the site, from reliance on its content or on the assistant's replies, or from the temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute about the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Perugia, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction rules that protect consumers, where they apply.

8. Language and changes

These terms are written in English. Where an Italian version is published, the Italian text prevails in case of conflict. We may change these terms at any time by publishing the new version on this page; the date at the top shows the current version.
