Question 1

How does a project start?

Accepted Answer

With a call about the recurring problem, not about technology. If software is the answer, we tell you what the first working version would be and what it would take. If it is not, we say so.

Question 2

Are we too small for you?

Accepted Answer

Most of our clients have between five and fifty people. That is the size where one accountable contact and a tool built around the real process make the biggest difference.

Question 3

Who runs the software after go-live?

Accepted Answer

You decide. If you have a technical team, we hand over the repository, the accounts and the documentation and they take it from there. If you do not, we keep it running for you with a monthly support plan: stability of the services, our help whenever something comes up, and unlimited reviews included on some services.

Question 4

How long before we see something working?

Accepted Answer

Sooner than you expect. We start from the smallest piece with a measurable effect, and every cycle ends with working software you can try, not a slide. What you do with it decides what we build next.

Question 5

Can you also run our existing IT?

Accepted Answer

Yes. That is the outsourced IT department: one person accountable for the whole stack, vendors included, with backups, updates and support on a schedule.

Bring us the recurring problem.

What people ask before the first call.
