George Business
Transforming a retail banking platform into business banking, for Erste Group.

Context
George is the digital financial companion of more than 8.6 million people in Europe. In 2020 Erste Group formed a small department to bring George Business to life.
The brief
Take a retail banking platform loved by millions and rethink it for companies: accounts, payments, cards, financing, trade finance, teams and roles.
The design
A concept design based on the existing retail platform, then the full product across desktop and mobile. George Business launched in the Austrian market in October 2022.
