Erste Group is a founding member of a UN initiative for universal financial inclusion and a banking sector that supports the financial health of its customers.
The brief
Access to financial advice is key to a healthy financial life, and most customers never get it. Make the best advice available to everyone through the platform itself.
The design
A Financial Health application inside George: a rating, what drives it, how it developed and which actions improve it. Silver Award in Offering Innovation 2022 at the Qorus–Accenture Banking Innovation Awards.
