Context
Eat App is a restaurant reservation and table management platform: cloud applications that raise efficiency and revenue through real-time reservations, automation and CRM.
The brief
Reservations, floor plan, shifts and guest history lived in separate tools. Staff needed one screen that works during service, not only at the desk.
The design
Lead product design of the whole platform: table map and timers, shift view, guest CRM, and the online reservation journey for diners.
